I know where it is on one with an hei distributor, but I don't know for tbi.

Is there a wire already under the dash or do I run one? Also what color wire under the dash is for the instrument lights?

Also how about a keyed power source wire. The way you are running it is dangerous it could start a fire if the wire were to short out. Reply 1 year ago. Sorry but there is no way that wire going through the fire wall could cause a fire. It would only short out and blow a fuse.
